A half-day retreat of energy work, live channelings and channeled answers to your questions, meditation journeys, and sound healing, in a peaceful and restorative place.

Hosts Ina Lanara and Caroline Oceana Ryan, with sound healers Blue Winds will be assisting you in re-connecting with your Higher power, and activating your Spirit,
so you can re-ignite the power you're meant to embody.

For those who wish to join us for a bit of gentle yoga and breath work, Ina Lanara is a certified yoga teacher and will offer a few minutes of (optional) gentle stretches (with modifications to suit all levels), to assist us with heart-opening and relaxation.

We'll then move on to offer beautiful guided meditation journeys full of higher energies, plus potent energy work, a group Q&A session with channeled answers, healthy snacks and relaxation time, and more!

Registered participants will receive a confirmation email with all details for the day, as well as updates leading up to the event.

The event will be held at the picturesque First Unitarian Universalist Church & Center in the beautiful, historic city of Santa Fe, New Mexico on Saturday, May 11 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Mountain Time [US & Canada].

For those joining us in-person:

Your ticket will cover all events for this half-day retreat, including healthy snacks and drinks to be served in the foyer or outside in the leafy courtyard.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat for either practicing some gentle yoga with us, or just relaxing during that time.

If you are traveling in from out of town, check your favorite travel sites to choose from the numerous hotels, motels, and AirBnB lodgings available in the Santa Fe area.

It's a city known for its many historic landmarks, classical southwestern architecture, pueblo communities, world class art galleries and art museums, fun shops, and popular cafes.

The property offers plenty of free parking, and a leafy courtyard to enjoy break times with complimentary snacks.

You will be sent videos and MP3 recordings of all content after the event, including the meditation journeys, sound healing, group energy work, and channeled answers and energy work during the Q&As.

The recordings will be embedded with the same higher energies shared in the live event.
