To get you in the tea party mood, here's a magical recipe for a pretty pink faery tea:
Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh spring water or filtered water
-
3 tsp. dried hibiscus flowers
-
1 tsp. dried lavender buds
-
1 tsp. dried rose petals
-
2 tsp. pure maple syrup (or to taste)
-
(Optional) A pinch of edible gold dust or gold flakes (for that added touch of magic)
-
1 small slice of lemon or lime
-
A couple of fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
-
Preparation: Begin by ensuring your environment is calm and serene. Maybe light a candle or play some soft, enchanting music in the background. Faeries are attracted to harmonious environments!

Brewing the Magic: In a pot, bring the water to a gentle boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.

Infusing the Herbs: Add the dried hibiscus, lavender and rose petals to the hot water. Allow these to steep for about 5 minutes, covering the pot with a lid to keep all the magic inside.

Add Sweetness: After the infusion is done, strain the liquid into your favorite cup or mug. Add the maple syrup, stirring gently until it's dissolved. This adds a touch of sweetness and nectar-like quality to your elixir.

Final Touches: Squeeze the small slice of lemon or lime into the elixir and add the fresh mint leaves. These ingredients are not just for flavor; they add a zest and freshness reminiscent of a faery's laughter.

(Optional) Sprinkle of Starlight: For that ethereal touch, sprinkle the edible gold dust or add a few gold flakes into the elixir. Watch them shimmer and dance in your drink, capturing the very essence of faery magic.

Sip & Enjoy: Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and take a sip. Allow the flavors and magic to transport you to the mystical meadows where faeries dance and sing.
Note: Always make sure that the flowers and herbs used are organically grown to ensure they are free from chemicals and pesticides. The faeries hate those, and they are not good for you either!
