This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elements, Fae Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:
[Transcript of video] Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.
[As video shows a stretch of beach] And we are showing you now the sea and all its beauty under the power of the Sun.
And we would like, just briefly, to relay a message from the Sun, which as it plays upon the sea, magnifies the power of its beauty and its intent at this time—which is to assist you in becoming that beautiful higher being you dream of being, and already are!
If you can breathe in deeply . . . and image the Sun’s rays coming straight into your heart . . .
Breathe in the brilliance of it and the vibration of it. As Saint Germain commented in a recent channeling, the Sun has its own tonal vibrations that it is offering now.
So that as your Sun Sol is speaking to you vibrationally, every cell in your body, and every particle in all of your energy in all of your systems is responding, and saying, “Yes!”
Now, we will say that this [powerful influx of Light] can create a rather uncomfortable situation in some ways.
For one thing, the toxicity is being drained from your system, and that is a toxicity that has been with you for many years, many centuries, many Earth lives.
For another thing, your body is going to try to resist the shift which yes, in many ways, is the Ascension shift to a higher vibration, because it feels, “Well, perhaps this isn’t safe!”
Or perhaps, “This is too strange! We should let go of this ridiculous need to shift and evolve constantly! Why is that there?! It’s calling up so much in terms of requiring resources, strength, attention, day-to-day energy.”
And this is energy and intention and focus that the body is used to using for other things, and it doesn’t always understand the importance of what you are going through, so it might try to resist you a bit—that can happen.
It might try to struggle and squirm a bit under the intensity of these rays.
And what we wish to relay to you now, are energies to assist in making this shift more comfortable for you.
So if you can just relax for a moment . . . If you want to put your hand on your heart and just breathe, that might work well for you.
Otherwise just if you can, just close your eyes, and just take a moment where you are opening to receive, and you are allowing.
And we’re going to flow the energies beginning now . . . We are speaking with your subconscious to let it know, There’s no emergency. You can relax. When you go to bed at night, you can just sleep. You don’t have to stay constantly alert.
We’re speaking with your subconscious to let it know, The energy that is being taken from the body, you might say, to help you adjust to these changes, is going toward something positive. This isn’t an illness. There’s no need to stress, and there’s no need to feel under attack—to feel that there’s a danger.
And we’re giving the lower body, one might say, the Earth sense—the Earth consciousness and the Earth energies in your whole being—a beautiful vision of what it is that you are becoming.
And so just allow that, dear ones . . . just breathe in . . .
And know that the beauty of this time—the Renewal, the Rebirth, the empowerment—seemingly miraculous in many ways— Know that this is yours, and that no one can take it from you.
